Returns
- Return Window: You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Eligibility:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Items must have original tags, labels, and invoice.
- Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return, unless damaged or defective.
Return Process
- Initiate Request:

Please mention your order number, product details, and reason for return, including images and videos. - Approval & Pickup:
Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup through our logistics partner. - Inspection & Refund:
After the returned item reaches our facility, our quality team will inspect it. If approved, the refund will be credited to your bank account within 7-10 business days.
Refunds
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, Bank Transfer, etc.).
- In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after confirmation of account details.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If the product was delivered damaged or defective, the full amount, including shipping charges will be refunded.
- We do not provide exchanges.
Exceptions
- Custom or made-to-order products.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation.
- Products without original packaging or damaged due to customer handling.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once the product is shipped, standard return procedures apply.

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after confirmation, depending on the size and customization requirements.
Customized orders may take longer and timelines will be shared with the customers upon order confirmation.
Shipping Time
Standard delivery timelines within India: 3–7 business days
Express shipping options are available upon request (charges may apply).
For international shipping, delivery timelines will vary depending on the destination and will be communicated during the order process.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on bulk orders above a certain threshold (discussed at the time of order).
For smaller orders or express deliveries, shipping charges will be added based on size, weight, and delivery location.
