13. Warranty Policy

All Tharkraft products come with a 1-year structural warranty starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

What’s Covered

    • Cracks, splits, or breakage due to manufacturing defects

What’s Not Covered

    • Normal wear and tear, color variation, or natural wood marks

    • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidents, or exposure to moisture/sunlight

    • Furniture altered or repaired by anyone outside Tharkraft’s service team

Warranty Claim Process


To raise a warranty claim, please email us at support@tharkraft.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
Our quality team will assess the claim within 48–72 hours and arrange a repair or reimburse the repair amount, depending on the situation.
